North East Yarns use Australia Post as a delivery agent.
All purchases require a shipping/ mailing address so purchases can be delivered.
Postage charges are quoted on receipt of your order to ensure the most efficient method of packaging at the least cost to you.
Orders delivered by Australia Post will usually deliver your order within no later than 10 days from dispatch, may vary based on location and if there are any public holidays in the period of dispatch.
North East Yarns will usually process your order within 5 days of receiving it. If we are unable to process your order within that time, we will contact you to make alternate arrangements.
It is the customer’s responsibility to follow tracking advice and be present when order is being delivered. Regardless of the postal service, deliveries will always be attempted at least once, and if undeliverable, will then be taken to the local post office or relevant postal centre until claimed. If customer does not claim this order within 5-10 business days (may differ depending on country and service), the order may be returned to us, and in such a case we do not offer a refund or replacement, however can re-send the order if the customer is willing to cover extra postage costs.
Returns and Replacement
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
We individually hand pack each of our orders and check our products on processing to ensure the highest quality. If a mistake occurs we will do our best to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
If any there is an issue we ask the customer to contact us directly, preferably on receipt, but within 14 days of receiving the package. We will do our best to ensure that the issue is resolved to the customers satisfaction. Any issues reported after this time may or may not result in a refund or replacement of product. If an order or product has been approved to be returned the goods must be sent back in their original packaging.
North East Yarns is not required by law to offer a refund or replacement for change of mind. If you have changed your mind about your purchase, please contact us and at our discretion, we may offer a credit or exchange minus delivery costs. Any change of mind returns must be returned in original packaging. All change of mind returns will be inspected prior to credit or exchange being granted.
